Delete Account & Data

This page satisfies the Play Store requirement for a public account-deletion URL.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Traxl and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email the contact address listed in the app from the email address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and email address.
  • Your location history.
  • Your membership in any Circles or Trips (other members keep their own data).

What may be retained briefly

Some data may be kept for a short period in backups or logs for security, abuse-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes before being fully purged. It is not used for any other purpose during that time.
