Pricing questions
- How much does Traxl cost?
- Traxl is free on Google Play. Traxl Plus costs ₹100 a month or ₹999 a year in India. Elsewhere it is about US$2.99 a month or US$29.99 a year, shown in your own currency in Google Play before you pay.
- Is the yearly plan cheaper?
- Yes. The yearly plan costs the same as ten months, so you get 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
- Does every family member need Plus?
- Only if they each want the longer history, reports and satellite maps. Plus is per account: it unlocks your own history and removes your ads, and it also raises the size and saved places of every Circle you own for everyone in it. Joining someone else's Circle or trip is always free.
- What do I get on the free plan?
- Up to 1 Circles of 3 people, 3 saved places per Circle, the last 14 days of history, and 2 trips a month, up to 3 riders, 4 stops, 1 co-organizer. The live map, SOS, crash detection, place alerts, check-ins and live links are all free. The free plan shows ads.
- How do I cancel Traxl Plus?
- Cancel any time in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted except history older than the free plan keeps.
- Is there a refund?
- Refunds go through Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, Traxl Plus ends for that account within a day.
